Gerard Pérez Olmo joins DWF-RCD in Madrid. Gerard is the first partner to join the newly integrated business since DWF's acquisitions of RCD in December. He brings more than 20 years' experience specialising in competition law. Gerard also has vast experience in regulatory law, having worked across the energy, healthcare and transport sectors.

His work includes advising clients on the purchase, sale and refinancing of commercial property, on all landlord and tenant matters and acting for lenders and borrowers on secured lending transactions.
Imogen Makin joins the business as a director and head of financial services regulatory investigations in London, specialising in regulatory investigations into financial institutions, in particular banks and insurers. Imogen joins from Allen & Overy.
Katharine Mason also joins the team as director after two and a half years of being the director of regulatory and legal affairs for Proprietary Association of Great Britain (PAGB), the consumer healthcare association. Whilst at PAGB, Katharine was a board director of the Advertising Standards Authority's sister organisation, the Committee of Advertising Practice (CAP).
