DWF to provide legal services to Severn Trent plc

DWF, the global legal business, has been appointed by FTSE 100 Company, Severn Trent plc, as a retained provider of legal services to its operational businesses. DWF has also been named on the Company's legal services panels for its regulated and services businesses.   
Following a highly competitive tender process, Severn Trent Water Limited and Hafren Dyfrdwy Cyfyngedig have appointed DWF to provide retained legal services for matters relating to: construction, commercial, employment, procurement law, regulatory, environmental, regulatory prosecutions, health and safety, disputes and litigation, data privacy, intellectual property, competition, renewables, planning and real estate. 

DWF has also been appointed on to two separate panels to provide legal services to Severn Trent plc’s regulated businesses and highly successful services businesses.
