The minibond, named "Easytech S.p.A. - Fixed Rate 4.5% - 2021-2026", has a maximum nominal amount of EUR 1.5 million.
The issue, which is intended for subscription only by professional investors and other investors envisaged by the Consob Regulation on crowdfunding and placed through Opstart's "CrowdBond" platform, will be admitted to trading on the Vienna Stock Exchange's Vienna MTF.
The issue is characterised by the innovative easy-issuance method, aimed at facilitating the management of payments and subscriptions by the Issuer and developed by Monte Titoli S.p.A.
The DWF team leading the corporate, regulatory, contractual and listing profiles of the transaction was composed of Luca Lo Pò (Partner), Roberto Culicchi (Of Counsel), and Mario Distasi (Counsel).
The transaction also follows DWF's recently concluded transactions relating to the Ellemme S.p.A. minibond and the issuance of certificates by Aldburg S.A.
