FAE Technology S.p.A. Società Benefit operates in design, Proof of Concept development, industrial design, prototyping, and the provision of solutions in the field of embedded electronics and custom electronic products.
The transaction was carried out by means of a placement reserved for Italian and foreign investors (excluding the United States, Australia, Canada and Japan and any other jurisdiction in which the placement is subject to restrictions) for a total of 5 million euros consisting of a capital increase and the issuance of service warrants, and thus exempt from the obligation to publish a prospectus.
