The contract will see DWF Claims, part of DWF's Connected Services division, provide claims handling services for pre-litigated employers' liability and public liability claims in the UK over a three year period.
The work will be led by Archana Makol, Client Relationship Director, and Lisa Heathcote, Head of UK Property and Casualty. DWF will provide a complete claims handling service from notification, investigation, instruction and management of any external suppliers, settlement and management of panel lawyers. All claims will be managed via DWF's own claims management software system, EvoClaim from DWF 360.
Archana commented, "This is a great win for our claims business and builds on our existing relationship with Amey via our legal advisory division. It is a testament to the great relationship we have with Amey and an example of us delivering our integrated legal management approach, in order to deliver greater efficiency, price certainty and transparency for our client without compromising on quality or service. We are absolutely delighted to be working with Amey."
