It reported revenues of €95 million for 2021 and was ranked just outside the IRN100 listing of the world’s largest 100 equipment rental companies in the latest listing published in June this year.

The multi-office DWF team acting on the sale was led by London based Corporate Partner Alistair Hogarth, who has acted for Workdry International and Selwood for 25 years. Alistair was supported by Will Munday (Senior Associate, Liverpool) and Graham Tait (Associate, Glasgow) along with critical support from colleagues across the UK including Colin Greig (Partner, Pensions, Glasgow), John Toon (Partner, Tax, Leeds) and Richard Birks (Partner, Real Estate, London) and Charlotte White (Senior Associate, Real Estate, London).

Having been involved with Workdry and Selwood for the past 25 years, I'm proud to have been a part of the growth that has made them the success they are today, and they will be a great addition to Arcus's portfolio."
