DWF's advice covered the full transactional scope, including the preparation of documentation, its negotiation with the buyer, as well as support in closing the transaction and the preparation and negotiation of documentation related to further development of solar projects.
Nebo Solar will complete the development of the projects up to the stage of ready-to-build through a development service agreement.
