The transaction consisted the sale of a majority stake of Unitrailer Holding, a holding company of a group specializing in production and distribution of car trailers and trailer accessories, to Vaalon Capital. Acquisition of Unitrailer Holding Group is Vaalon Capital's first transaction in the car trailer industry, as well as in the CEE region.
DWF advised on the full scope of the transaction, including vendor due diligence, transaction structuring, drafting and negotiating the share sale agreement and shareholders' agreement, as well as preparing and participating in the closing of the transaction.
The project was supervised by Dr Michał Pawłowski (Managing Partner) and Dr Rafał Woźniak (Partner) who were supported by Kamil Ciodyk (Associate), Mateusz Bąk (Associate), Karolina Gałązka (Junior Associate), all from the Corporate and M&A Department.
