Founded in 1952, Gruppo SIME is active in the businesses of gas distribution, gas and energy sales and services, industrial cogeneration, and district heating.
Soladria, located in the Province of Rovigo, has been operating in the renewable energy sector since 2010, specialising in the design, installation, and maintenance of photovoltaic and storage systems.
The DWF team was led by Enrico Maria Curti, Head of Power & Utilities, alongside Counsels Matteo Polli for the corporate/M&A aspects of the operation and Alberto Castelli for the finance profiles. The due diligence activity was carried out by Senior Associates Artemis Tiamkaris and Alberto Sieli. The labor law aspects of the operation were managed by Partner Giorgio Manca, co-head of DWF's labor law department and his team.
