Don brings two decades of experience advising on complex banking and finance matters, with a particular focus on asset-based lending (ABL), receivables finance, speciality finance, asset finance and trade finance. He acts for both lenders and borrowers on a broad range of bilateral and syndicated transactions, cross-border facilities, supply chain finance and structured finance arrangements.
Don joins DWF from Stephenson Harwood and previously held senior in-house positions at GE Capital Bank, GMAC Financial Services and Swiss Re Capital Markets. His in-house experience has given him a deep understanding of what clients expect from external advisers and how to deliver pragmatic, commercial solutions.
