Fiona is a Partner in the Catastrophic injury team in Liverpool. She specialises in high value employer's liability, public liability and motor claims acting for several major insurers and nominated insured companies. The majority of her cases range in value from £50,000 to £3 million but she also has extensive experience in defending fraudulent claims of any value working with counter fraud teams at insurance companies.
She works closely with defendant companies to assist them in defending claims and considering how to improve their health and safety practices to avoid accidents in the future.
In her spare time she enjoys baking for her one year old son who never fails to provide feedback on her culinary skills!
