Gabriela has a wide range of experience in the area of commercial and civil disputes, including commercial companies law, capital market law and banking.Gabriela has represented clients from the financial sector in court proceedings at all stages, including payment cases and complaint proceedings filed by users against financial market entities. She also conducted proceedings in the field of economic criminal law from the initiation of preparatory proceedings to obtaining a judgment with an awarded compensatory measure.
