Giuseppe has experience in advising companies and individuals investing in Italy. His key areas of expertise are cross-border tax-efficient structures, general and specific anti-avoidance/anti-abuse provisions, tax implications of value chain transformations, M&A and reorganisation transactions, EU tax directives and tax treaties. Giuseppe has also experience on designing tax-efficient structures for Italian businesses investing outbound.
