Advising the shareholders of Workdry International Ltd, the UK's leading pump rental engineering solutions company, in the sale of Workdry to Arcus Infrastrcture, an independent fund manager. This transaction won "Large Deal of the Year (over £50m)" at the Solent Deal Awards.

Acting for leading pension trusteeship group, Independent Governance Group, backed by LDC in multiple acquisitions including the acquisition of specialist pensions communications agency, Like Minds.

Acting for MRG Holdings Limited (backed by Aurelius Private Equity) in the disposal of Wychem Limited, a chemical manufacturing company, in a transaction that generated a 10.6x cash-on-cash multiple for Aurelius.

Acting for the shareholders of Cirrus Connect Limited, an executive and talent coaching firm, in the sale of the entire issued share capital of the company to Accenture, an Irish-domiciled Fortune Global 500 company.

Acting for the shareholders of Crisp Thinking Group on its sale to Kroll.

Lead advisor to the Scottish National Investment Bank on multiple equity investments, including: £9.5m multi-tranche investment in travel technology business Travelnest Limited (being a combination of secured convertible loan notes and equity); £5.2m equity investment in Pneumowave Limited, a biotech company trialling technology that monitors potential fatal respiratory changes; and £5m equity investment in real estate data analytics platform Utopi Ltd.

Acting for Cirrus Connects Group Limited, an award-winning provider of omni-channel true cloud Contact Center Solutions (CCaaS) & IPT telephony services, in a £5.25m investment from BGF.

Acting for the shareholders of Partick Thistle Football Club in the sale of 55% of the shares to Three Black Cats Limited.
