Working alongside the real estate, litigation and renewables teams in the Belfast office, James has been a trusted adviser to the main Irish Banks and bridging finance providers in the region and have a proven track record and experience over many years in the areas of secured and unsecured lending, security review, enforcement and asset sales.
James advises on a full range of corporate and real estate transactions for buyers, sellers, asset managers and lenders. He has developed a specialist interest in bank enforcement and asset disposal and management and the corporate aspects of energy and renewable projects.
