Over 25 years experience in handling Personal Injury litigation. During that time John has represented both the interests of Defendants & claimants. John is well placed to advise clients upon the merits and risks of pursuing and defending a claim.John has represented International insurers, regarding accidents in the UK & overseas, these often include cross border as well as jurisdiction issues.
In his Claimant capacity John has assisted Claimants injured in the Hillsborough tragedy and more recently the Claimant in the authority Stallwood-v-David & Another [2007] 1 ALLER 206, [2006] EWHC 2600 (QB).
