Kim works on a range of catastrophic cases including cases of the utmost severity specialising in serious orthopaedic injury, amputation, spinal injury and brain injury claims. Kim regularly advises on complex liability and quantum issues in the full spectrum of employer liability, public liability and road traffic accident claims.
Kim has over 14 years' experience advising on all aspects of high value personal injury claims.
Prior to joining DWF, Kim was a Law Society accredited specialist handling a variety of high value cases for claimants where she gained extensive litigation knowledge and experience.
