Experience
Prior to joining DWF as an Advocate, Klaudia has acquired experience of handling a range of civil law cases, having worked in a number of paralegal roles for both Claimant and Defendant leading law firms. Klaudia regularly drafted pleadings and interim applications in a variety of areas of civil litigation, including personal injury, credit hire, insurance and fraud.
Building on this experience, Klaudia now appears in court on a daily basis in personal injury and insolvency matters, as well as road traffic and credit hire trials. She is regularly instructed to act for both claimants and defendants in case management and procedural applications.
