Experience
Lauren is an experienced commercial litigator with recognised expertise in contract disputes, real estate litigation, contentious corporate and personal insolvency, and international arbitration. She appears regularly in the Court of Session, Sheriff Court and Lands Tribunal both as the instructing solicitor and with her Solicitor Advocate hat on. Her case load is varied, acting for clients across a number of sectors. Lauren regularly collaborates with her Corporate, Commercial and Real Estate colleagues to give clients commercially and technically astute advice in relation to disputes. She recognises that often, there can be a need to preserve a commercial relationship and is an advocate for mediation as an alternative method of resolving disputes.
