Lee Foulser

Partner, Manchester

Lee is a Partner in the Commercial Insurance team based in Manchester. He heads up the Insurance Division's Criminal Defence Team, representing the firm's leading insurers and their insureds when facing investigations, inquests and criminal prosecutions for a wide range of offences, with particular expertise in handling fatal and more serious matters, including some of the most high profile cases of recent times. The national team is currently based across the Manchester, Bristol, London and Birmingham offices.

Experience

Lee is a Partner who joined DWF as a trainee solicitor in 2002. 

The Criminal Defence sub-team he now heads up within the wider Commercial Insurance team was established more than 20 years ago and is one of the largest of its kind in the UK.   

Corporate and Gross Negligence Manslaughter, Wilful Neglect, Environment Agency investigations and serious Road Traffic Act offences are just examples of matters routinely and successfully dealt with.
