Experience
Marcin has been involved in various financing transactions, providing legal advice tailored to the needs of domestic and international clients. His responsibilities have included drafting and negotiating security documents and overseeing disbursement processes, facilitating smooth financing transactions. In addition, he has experience in handling complex commercial disputes, representing clients in negotiations, mediation and litigation. His responsibilities also included the preparation of lawsuits, motions and appeals.
Prior to joining DWF, he gained experience working at both international and domestic law firms.
Marcin graduated from Jagiellonian University and completed his advocacy training at the District Bar Council in Warsaw.
