Experience
Michael joined DWF Chambers with several years’ experience in various areas of litigation and commercial transactional work. Having previously worked as an Intelligence Analyst in a national Fraud team, Michael ventured into Real Estate Finance where he handled multi-million pound re-financing matters on behalf of development finance banks. The bulk of Michael’s experience lies in high-value litigation work, specialising in commercial disputes and professional indemnity matters including but not limited to breach of contract and negligence claims.
Michael was called to the Bar of England & Wales in 2019 and also has experience in undertaking WP negotiations with the aim of achieving settlement as is accredited as an ADR-ODR Civil and Commercial Mediator.
