Patrycja Figuła is an advocate and works as an Associate in the Corporate, M&A Department and Capital Markets Department at DWF Poland.
She focuses on advising domestic and foreign corporate clients. She has participated in numerous M&A transactions and projects (mainly in the renewable energy sector, and also IT and manufacturing sector), at all stages of the transaction, including, in particular, the drafting and negotiation of transaction documentation. In addition, she coordinates and supervises due diligence processes, in which she herself also participates. Moreover, her experience includes advising on private equity and venture capital investments.
At the same time, Patrycja provides day-to-day corporate advice to business enterprises, assisting clients during the negotiation of key business contracts as well as the implementation of corporate documentation.
