Experience

Patrycja Treder is a member of the Dispute Resolution Team and Environmental Protection Law Team at DWF in Poland. Her practice is focused mainly on dispute resolution. She practices in international arbitration, in particular investment treaty arbitration (representing both investors and states), national arbitration and national litigation. She has experience in disputes related to construction, infrastructure, real estate, the energy sector, the mining sector, the entertainment sector, competition law and the European Union law. She also advises clients in all stages of criminal proceedings. Patrycja also has experience in environmental protection law, competition law and tax law. Her academic interests concentrate on the European Union law, international arbitration and public international law.

Patrycja obtained her full legal education at the University of Warsaw, graduating in 2015. She also holds a B.A. degree in the English Language Studies from the University of Warsaw (2009-2015). Additionally, she holds a diploma from the ICC Arbitration and ADR Training Programme from the Jagiellonian University (2015-2016) and a diploma in the Introduction to English and European Union Law from the British Law Centre organised at the University of Warsaw (2012-2015).
