Retu has a diverse portfolio of cases to include motor, employer and public liability claims. She handles claims involving traumatic brain injury, chronic pain and serious orthopaedic injuries and has experience dealing with a variety of complex liability issues.
Retu also has a particular interest in cases involving causation issues, exaggeration and fundamental dishonesty. She also handles cases with indemnity and complex liability issues at play. As part of her work in the brain injury sphere, Retu keeps a close eye on scientific developments and advances in the field and has prepared articles and training sessions for her clients on such emerging issues.
