He advises insurers and lay clients on motor insurance related matters, indemnity, quantum, liability and reserves. He has extensive experience in dealing with credit hire claims in terms of rate, period and impecuniosity.For many years Richard has run a bespoke scheme for insurers dealing with specific solicitors resulting in significant savings in damages and costs. He is therefore vastly experienced in dealing with fast and multi track cases.
In addition to motor matters he also handles employer and public liability cases for three national high street brands.
Richard is a supporter of Leeds Rhinos rugby team. He coaches at Hamilton Panthers, a football club in York, and assists with their fundraising activities. He is also a keen gardener and cook.
