Having trained with DWF Tom became a Partner in 2010. He has 20 years' experience handling all aspects of high value personal injury litigation, acting exclusively for Insurers.
Tom leads a 35+ strong team in Manchester handling Catastrophic and Large Loss Injury claims and plays an active role in the delivery of DWF's nationally renowned Catastrophic Injury capability.
He has wide ranging experience across all aspects of Casualty and Motor claims. He advises on high value claims involving complex liability disputes and significant future loss elements, to include:
- Spinal injury
- Brain injury and subtle brain injury
- Amputation
- Fatal Accidents
- Chronic pain and Functional Neurological Disorder
Tom is a keen follower of all sports and is a long suffering supporter of Oldham Athletic.
