Cirrus provides advice on leadership and digital learning to boost business performance. It has around 70 experts in the UK and in Australia, advising clients globally. It will now join Accenture's talent and organisation/human potential team.

The DWF Corporate team which advised Simon and Clare Hayward and other owners of the business in the sale to Accenture, was led by corporate partner Paul Pignatelli, alongside partner James Cashman and associates, Ciara Healy and Graham Tait. Accenture were represented by Tim Bird, Andrew Prowse, Toby Usher and Keon Stewart of Fieldfisher.
