Sentinel is a UK manufacturer of water treatment products and services based at Daresbury, Cheshire. Its products and services protect heating systems and are sold internationally. The business has been sold to Dutch manufacturer, Aalberts N.V., which is listed on the Amsterdam Stock Exchange.
DWF's corporate team advised the shareholders of the business, which includes Electra Private Equity plc, on the sale. Partners Alasdair Outhwaite and James Cashman, associate Rebecca Gargary and solicitor Nur Alzubeydi provided legal advice.
