The transaction consists of a so-called crowdlisting (a registered trademark exclusively licensed to Opstart, the operator of the relevant equity and debt crowdfunding portal), i.e. a technical listing following the prior collection of financial resources through a crowdfunding campaign carried out on Opstart's portal.
