The power plant in Grudziądz, which is scheduled to be commissioned in 2025, will be one of the most modern facilities of its kind in Europe and will play an important role in ensuring Poland's energy security. Based on the concluded contracts a gas-steam block with a generation capacity of over 550 MW will be constructed. The investment will be carried out by a consortium of companies: Siemens Energy Global GmbH & Co KG, Siemens Energy Sp. z o.o. and Mytilineos S.A. The works are to start this year.
DWF lawyers advised CCGT Grudziądz from the beginning of the project in the full scope of investment implementation, including preparing and negotiating the EPC and LTSA contracts.
