DWF, the global provider of integrated legal and business services, has advised BPP Education Group (BPP), a global leader in professional and vocational education, on its acquisition of Buttercups Training, a leading UK specialist training provider.
Buttercups Training delivers specialist training programmes to pharmacists, pharmacy technicians and support staff working in hospitals, community pharmacy and primary care.
The acquisition of Buttercups Training will allow BPP to offer learners and clients with access to a leading portfolio of professional courses and apprenticeships in the pharmacy sector. This links to BPP’s stated growth strategy which, with backing from their sponsor TDR Capital, looks to expand its portfolio and geographical reach with the strategic acquisition of relevant education businesses.
