DWF assisted Photosol Italia, acting as sponsor, in a project finance transaction for the construction, development and operation of four agrivoltaic plants located in the Lazio Region, with a total installed capacity of 43 MWp.
The transaction was handled by a multidisciplinary team coordinated by Managing Partner Michele Cicchetti and Partner Guglielmo Fabbricatore, with the support of Counsel Alberto Castelli and Giuseppe Candela for all banking and finance aspects. Administrative and regulatory matters were handled by Claudia Laterza and Antonio Mancino, while Francesca Leo and Alberto Agresti advised on corporate, real estate and contractual aspects. Tancredi Marino and Simone Decé assisted with the tax aspects of the transaction.
