Alasdair's clients are in both the public and private sectors and he provides advice on many issues including debt and equity finance, commercial contracts and procurement. Alasdair has particular experience in the tourism, hotel, food and retail sectors.
Alasdair is the Head of Corporate Services and his extensive experience covers corporate and commercial law including five years as Legal Director and Company Secretary for a large listed plc.
He acts for clients in both the public and private sector, providing advice on a broad range of issues. This includes debt and equity finance, commercial contracts, procurement, state aid, organisational structures, change and governance issues, mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures and partnerships.
Alasdair is a Non-Executive Director of Capital Theatres, which operates the Festival Theatre, the Kings Theatre and the Studio in Edinburgh.
