Brains is a fluent French speaker that holds a Masters in International Project Management and a Bsc in Management. In 2018, he graduated from the Canadian Insurance Institute as a Certified Chattered Insurance Professional.
Brains has over 10 years of experience in the insurance industry and has held various roles, including Claims Adjuster, Senior Claims Adjuster, Senior Claim Examiner, Internal Claim Auditor, Member of the underwriting policy wording review team, Adjuster Trainer/Coach of new claim adjusters within the motor, property and liability departments of some of the big insurers in Canada.
