Charlotte has advised in respect of all aspects of legal work in relation to public sector commercial, contractual and procurement matters with a particular focus on technology projects. Charlotte has significant experience in negotiating, drafting and analysing commercial contracts for both private and public sector clients. She is also experienced in the use of Cabinet Office and Crown Commercial Services model contracts and in providing public procurement advice. Charlotte's in-house experience gives her a valuable perspective on commercial risk and business drivers and she uses this insight to provide practical and pragmatic legal advice.
