David covers all areas of the industry from pubs to clubs, restaurants to hotels, both on licence and off licence supply, obtaining and maintaining licences.
With some 30 years of experience David has covered all aspects of the provision by sale or supply of alcohol and regulated entertainment. His work involves obtaining and then, if required, maintaining Premises Licences required by a business, dealing with temporary events, providing support in respect of gaming and helping clients to avoid falling foul of the wide ranging licensing legislation.ΔΎ
David is experienced in providing a full service to deal with investigations and enforcement action including the provision of representation. His client base is predominately from the retail and hospitality sectors and are spread throughout the UK.
Outside of work David has maintained a link for over 40 years with Firwood Waterloo Rugby Club as a player, coach and latterly as an administrator. He also still attempts to play both squash and racketball on a social basis.
