Experience
Fernando Javier has extensive experience in representing taxpayers on all tax-related issues before the tax inspectorate, the administrative courts and the courts of justice at all levels (the economic-administrative courts, the high courts of justice, the Central Criminal and Administrative Court, the Supreme Court, the Constitutional Court, and the European Court of Justice).
Specialized in tax proceeding, Francisco Javier has an extensive knowledge in tax law, both procedural and administrative. He has ample experience defending companies' rights, advising on quasi-fiscal matters, and in proceedings involving export refunds and other public subsidies.
He is an associate lecturer of tax law and tax proceedings at ESADE, and a lecturer on the postgraduate course on the taxation of small and medium-sized companies at Girona University (UdG). He also lectures in the Master’s on Town Planning and Real Estate Management at the Autonomous University of Barcelona (UAB), organized by the Association of Building Developers in Spain.
He has written several informative articles on the rights of taxpayers and regularly speaks at various specialized forums.
