Joe is a commercial disputes specialist. His work regularly takes on an international element (notably the Middle-East and Africa), and he has experience across a wide spectrum of contentious matters including commercial contracts, share and asset purchases, contentious insolvency, corporate / boardroom litigation, construction, fraud and international enforcement. Joe has extensive experience of litigation in England and Wales, International Arbitration (commercial and investor state), mediation and various other forms of ADR.
