Judith has extensive experience providing legal-strategic advice and specialized training to all agents of the entrepreneurship and innovation ecosystem (start-ups, spin-offs, spin-outs, knowledge-based companies, universities, foundations for biomedical research, public research centers, innovation agencies, science parks, public administrations, private investors, venture capital firms, industries, and large corporations), in all kinds of innovation projects (research activity, knowledge transfer, entrepreneurship, investment, public-private collaboration, corporate venturing in its different variants, and M&A) and throughout all stages (constitution, growth and expansion, structuring, and in the carrying out of their activities), in regard to strategic and recurring aspects.
In the field of entrepreneurial initiatives, Judith advises on all phases (from creation to growth and consolidation), providing support for investment processes, the development of strategic projects and the implementation of protection policies for intangible assets and the attraction and retention of talent.
In the public research environment, Judith specializes in the elaboration of internal protocols and regulations, providing legal support in public-private collaboration processes, and strategies to transfer research results and create spin-offs.
She also has extensive experience in the design and implementation of internal initiatives to support start-ups or incubation or acceleration programs, corporate venturing and venture building, assisting both in the design phase and in the modeling of supporting documentation.
