Nicola is a Partner and she heads up our London Commercial Insurance team. She handles a broad range of complex commercial insurance matters for the largest insurers in the UK.She specialises in advising insurers on policy coverage matters including for example double insurance, avoidance, application of warranties and conditions and aggregation, across all lines of business.
She is also the head of our Motor Policy Coverage team and regularly advises motor insurers on their obligations under the Road Traffic Act, Uninsured Drivers Agreement and the Untraced Drivers Agreement. She often provides training to clients on motor indemnity and other coverage matters.
