Niyati's work includes advising on legal operations strategy, leading process-improvement engagements, and contribution to the successful implementation and adoption of legal technology solution. Over the past two years at DWF, she has supported major legal-tech transformation projects, including enterprise-grade CLM implementation work for global clients.
She began her career as a litigation lawyer before moving into legal technology, enabling her to combine practical legal insight with process and technology expertise. Prior to joining DWF, Niyati worked at Nishith Desai Associates as a Legal Technology Associate, implementing tools and driving process-improvement initiatives across practice groups.
Niyati has a strong academic foundation in legal innovation, technology, and management. She holds an LL.M. in Legal Innovation and Technology from Chicago-Kent College of Law and a B.B.A. LL.B. (Hons.) from NMIMS University. Outside of work, she enjoys cooking, exploring global cuisines and traveling.
