We will provide a brief overview of some of the main data considerations when managing a workforce during Covid-19 and beyond. We will highlight the legal parameters and the key steps employers must take to remain compliant when collecting personal data, including special category personal data.

As restrictions are eased, we will also consider some of the challenges employers may face as we adapt to living alongside Covid-19.
