We would be delighted if you could join us at our webinar where we will update you on the latest employment law developments and provide you with a snapshot of some key data protection considerations for employers.

Event Details

Our webinar will include:

A case and legislation update

A practical update on the latest cases we are seeing come through the courts and tribunals; from the long-running holiday pay saga to collective bargaining and unlawful inducements to the first reported Covid-19 vaccination based case. We will also update you on recent and forthcoming consultations and legislative changes.

Data protection

Due to the pandemic employers have collected an unprecedented amount of health data. We will provide a brief overview of some of the main data considerations when managing a workforce during Covid-19 and beyond. We will highlight the legal parameters and the key steps employers must take to remain compliant when collecting personal data, including special category personal data.

What's on the horizon?

The webinar will conclude with a horizon scan of what the future may look like for employment law; with ESG, diversity and inclusion and a new way of working firmly on the agenda. As restrictions are eased, we will also consider some of the challenges employers may face as we adapt to living alongside Covid-19.

You will be given the opportunity to ask questions during the webinar. We hope you can join us.
