Safety concerns lead to advertising ruling against KFC: The Advertising Standard Authority has ruled, despite Clearcast approval, that a KFC advertisement which showed a lady dancing on a wall on a roof breached the advertising code rules on condoning or encouraging dangerous behaviour. View >

London Transport ban on advertising high fat, salt and sugar foods: Food pressure group Sustain has highlighted that Transport for London is to ban the advertising of ‘Junk Food’ on all of its network advertising sites commencing 25th February 2019. View >

 

Duty rests with international carriers to disprove negligence: In a case involving the import of coffee from Columbia the UK Supreme court has ruled that under the Hague convention the burden of proof rests with the carrier to prove that it has not been negligent in respect of occurrence of damage to the goods carried. View >
