As lockdown restrictions have started lift across Europe, we have seen a significant decrease in the actions taken by financial services regulators specifically in response to the pandemic and regulators have slowly started to return their focus to matters that were on their agendas prior to COVID-19. As a result, this newsletter contains updates on the key regulatory measures being adopted across Europe both in response to the pandemic and more broadly, as business returns to the 'new normal'.
