Diversity and inclusion permeate all aspects of our business. Our efforts are a result of our people who continually live our values, actively champion and advocate for positive change and have the power to make a difference no matter where we are in the world.
Diversity Week 2020 provided an excellent opportunity for our people to reflect on recent achievements; showcase our inclusion initiatives and take time to gain new perspectives on our lives and others around us.
Here are some of the key highlights

Our online event programme covered issues including anti-racism, neurodiversity, the gender pay gap and inclusion and we were delighted to be joined by author and anti-racism activist, Sophie Williams and former English test cricketer, Michael Carberry, who discussed the challenges he has faced and increasing diversity in the sporting industry.
Please take a look at the series of blogs from DWF people below who have also shared their experiences on diversity, inclusion and belonging.
