The Civil Justice Council (CJC) has recently published their final report on enforcement in England and Wales, which you can access via this link here, following a call for evidence and break-out sessions at the CJC's National Forum.
The report aims to make enforcement more efficient and effective while ensuring fairness and protecting vulnerable defendants. To achieve this, a working group was formed, including representatives from debt advice agencies, the enforcement industry, the Ministry of Justice (MOJ), HMCTS, and members of the judiciary.
