Lidia specialises in administrative and real estate law, with particular expertise in advising clients on public and private procurement, contract law, concessions and public and private partnerships. She also brings a portfolio of work within public infrastructure and public-private venture companies, offering assistance - both judicial and extrajudicial - in favour of public and private clients, executors, asset management companies and real estate development companies.
Michele Cicchetti, Managing Partner of DWF Italy, said "We are delighted to welcome Lidia as part of our expanding Italian team. The practice of administrative law has great potential for growth in the Italian market, and with Lidia's appointment, we will strengthen not only our real estate offering, particularly following the recent appointment of Matteo Polli, but other sectors including energy, public services and transport."
Lidia responded "I am excited to have the opportunity to head the new practice and expand DWFs offering in administrative law. I look forward to joining a team of innovative and dynamic legal professionals where our expertise will help carve a definitive role in the legal services market in Italy as well as support the business's wider international offering."
Since its launch in October 2017, DWF's Italian office has grown into a 38-strong team, including eight partners, and delivers a broad range of work across DWF's core real estate, financial services, energy and insurance sectors.
