DWF's China Desk will support clients in China to expand internationally and will help companies in other markets to conduct business in the world's second largest economy.
Lina joins from Addleshaw Goddard and specialises in inbound and outbound Chinese investments, with considerable experience advising on transactions involving state-owned businesses. Lina will work alongside colleagues in DWF's Banking & Finance, Corporate, Insurance, Infrastructure, Real Estate and Litigation teams to provide Chinese and British businesses with support on all inbound and outbound matters.
