The programme will see graduates work with either finance, HR or marketing teams to gain first hand, on-the-job learning opportunities and a post-graduate qualification upon completion, enhancing the future career prospects for individuals.
The programme is designed with a focus on training and development that will provide exposure to a diverse range of work and responsibilities, along with a robust support network, supervision and mentoring in place.
Helen Hill, HR Director at DWF, said, "This is the first time we are inviting graduates to join our business services teams in addition to our traditional legal placements. The programme will not only give candidates practical on the job experience, but will equip them with a post-graduate qualification upon completion. Most importantly, the successful candidates will pick up the commercial and interpersonal skills needed to succeed in the ever-changing legal sector."
The finance graduate placement will run over three years and will see candidates rotate between teams in finance to gain all-round experience on how the teams work to support the wider business. The HR and marketing graduate schemes will both respectively run over a two-year period.
The application window is open now until Friday, 7 May. The applications will then be reviewed and assessments will take place in June, with the graduate cohort starting in September 2021.
